Vice President - Branch Manager

After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1977, Bruce worked for a family-owned construction company as a controller for 12 years. He has worked in the surety industry since 1990.

David E. Hyatt
Vice President - Regional Director - Bail

Dave began his career in banking and finance. He joined Pioneer General in 1993 as a bail agent and, in 1997 became Assistant Vice President, in 2000, he was promoted to Vice President.

Stephanie Silvey
Underwriter Trainee

Stephanie has been with Pioneer since April 2007. She previously worked in a large law-firm. She started with Pioneer as our Bail Accounts Manager.

Cynthia Berglund
Accountant

Cynthia started with Pioneer in September, 2005. She has 8 years experience as an Accountant, with two professional certifications.
